Green Smoothie with Olive Oil

We are all trying to be more healthy and if you’re looking for a smoothie that provides long-term energy, adding oil is an effective way to help round out the nutrition packed inside.


2 apples
1/2 lemon juiced
1/2 lime juiced
2 cups fresh baby spinach (or other leafy green)
1 whole carrot
1/2 cup of water
1-2 teaspoons of Pinetop/Gilbert Olive Oil

Follow the steps to making the perfect Green Smoothie in your blender:

Step 1 – Add A Liquids (Water & Olive Oil)
Step 2 – Add A Creamy Base Fruit (Apple)
Step 3 – Add 1-2 Flavor Fruits (Lemon & Lime)
Step 4 – Pulse It – Pulse until the ingredients are lightly mixed into a “sludge”.
Step 5 – Add Leafy Greens (spinach or other leafy greens)
Step 6 – Blend


Summertime Sparkling Peach Punch

3 cans Pineapple Juice (6 oz each)
2 cans of Ginger Ale
1 cup Lime Juice
1 can of Lemon-Lime Seltzer
1/2 cup of Our Wonderful White Peach Balsamic Vinegar
Mint Leaves
Peach slices, Blueberries, or your favorite fruit!

Mix all ingredients and chill in refrigerator. Serve with ice.

Garnish with fresh peach slices, blueberries, and mint leaves. Add in Prosecco or Vodka for a fancy, summer cocktail!

White Strawberry Peach Cooler

What better way to toast the arrival of monsoon season, than with a refreshing, fruity cocktail?

Our good friend Nancy Tossell, submitted this wonderful recipe after tasting our White Strawberry Peach Balsamic Vinegar.

It’s zingy, refreshing and simple to make which seems like a natural match for a summer cocktail.


Fill a pitcher with sparkling water, add ice, blueberries, strawberry slices or raspberries.
Then add some White Strawberry Peach Balsamic Vinegar, start with a teaspoon and add more to taste. Very refreshing!!

To make it more adult, try adding some vodka.

Strawberry Balsamic Margarita






-6 Ounces Orange Liqueur
-6 Ounces Tequila
-8 Ounces of our 18 Year Traditional “MaMa” Balsamic Vinegar
-6 Ounces Lime Juice
-8 ounces sliced strawberries
-5 to 6 Ounces Simple Syrup

-Salted Glass Rim
-Lime Slices


Rim your glasses by rubbing the top edge with a lime, then dip the glass in the salt.
In a blender, add the drink ingredients and ice.
Pulse until well blended and pour into prepared glasses and then garnish with the Strawberries, and thin slices of lime.

Raspberry Balsamic White Wine Fizz


-1/2 cup Raspberry Balsamic
-1/2 cup cane sugar
-Juice from 1/2 lemon
-Pinch salt
-1 bottle sweet white wine
-4 ounces sparkling water




Mix all ingredients except sparking water together. Add a few ice cubes to each glass.

Top each cocktail off with two ounces of sparkling water and garnish with fresh raspberries.
